Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
Hello,
Is it possible to have a criminal record with several Grand Theft Auto convictions and one Burglary conviction expunged or at least sealed? I also have to felony charges that were dropped that show up on arrest inquiries. If so, approximately how much am I looking at paying in Pinellas County and who do I need to contact to start the process? I served time in prison and have been out almost a year with no more arrests.
Please let me know. I'm trying to start my life over all clean. Thank you.

I hate to be the one to tell you but I will be blunt and say you can't get anything sealed or expunged. The reason is because once you've been convicted of anything, then you can't get anything sealed, ever. Sorry. My website below has a section on sealing and expunging which may further assist you.
