Criminal Record and Obtaining any Medical Licensure

I currently have 3 arrest records.

One which happened when I was 14

which was a battery charge on a leo,

the other happened when I turned

18 I was with a friend and we stole

some clothe they added both of our

merchandise together and gave us

both felonies with an adj. witheld.

The last charge happened when I

was 21 and it was another felony

charge of scheme to defraud/

personal use of other identification

with another adj. witheld. My ???? is

which one if any of these can I seal

and or expunge??? Also are you

allowed one sealing and one

expungement or one or the other? I

also would like to work in the medical

field as a nurse, physicians assistant

or a doctor. Is there any hope for me.

Please help...my career depends on

it. I know I should have thought

about that back then :-(

While it is true that you may only elect to seal or expunge one criminal arrest, it will be also depend on the nature of the charge and the manner in which it was resolved. I would recommend you contact a attorney in your area or visit my web site for additional information.
