In 1981 I was charged with a misdemeanor in Dade county, Florida. I need a record of the case and would like to know where and how can I get it.

You should write a letter to the Clerk of the Court, 1351 Northwest 12th Street 6th Floor, Miami, Florida 33125. The only problem is that the Clerk may not have complete records of a file that old. It is your best chance for information though.
