Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
Criminal
My son has been charged with sex with a minor, the young lady is not cooperating with the prosecutor office, however, they talked with the police officer and he says my son admitted he had sex with the young lady, my question is can they take him to court only with the one police officer testifying against him, the other officer says he did not hear anything, can this be done along with the girl not cooperating? I don't have money for a lawyer, so we are using the public defenders office, any help you can give me, thank you very much and God bless!
