my son gor a divorce in april and the banks account (eqyuity line)were frozen(washington MUTUAL).NOW HIS EXWIFE TOOK 20000, and the bank is syaing the accounts were never freeze.

what if the bank was lying to cover and she knew some one there who took the freeze off ..there were suppose to be 2 signatures required ..

I would love to give you any help you may need in this matter, however, from your question it is hard to do so accurately. I need to know more about what is going on. I understand that your son and his ex-wife shared a bank account, however, I need to know when they were froze (before the divorce? after the divorce?) Who had them froze? Was that done by only your son or by both parties? These things are important to know in making a proper determination.
