Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

Criminal/Arrest Affidavit

Currently I'm applying for a job working for the State of Florida. Recently I got a letter from the Department of Financial Services in regards to my application for license. I already knew my background check most likely came in with some negative hits which I have documentation showing that I was found not guild (no information). Letter request Copies of the Complaint/Arrest Affidavit & Judgment and Sentence. I have a copy of my Intake Disposition Notice showing what I got arrested for & when and showing I was found not guilty. Is that enough? Or is this Complaint/Arrest Affidavit something else I need to get from the Clerk of Courts?

Re: Criminal/Arrest Affidavit

the arrest affidavit is the "probable cause affidavit" in the file. They obviously want to see the alleged facts of the incident.
