Re: drug posession and or use

Possession of Cocaine is a third degree felony which is punishable by any combination of of five years in prison or probation; and a $5,000 fine.

Possession of Drug Paraphernalia is a First Degree Misdemeanor punishable by any combination of of one year in prison or probation; and a $1,000 fine.
