Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
I have a curfew from 6 am to 9pm as a rule of probation. I need to have the curfew taken off of my rules but the po said that I cant just for dating it has to be work related. I am usually done with work by then but I have a relationship and sometimes its hard to be home by curfew. I also take care of my elderly dad with parkinsons and need to go to the store and other things after nine pm I have been out of prison now for 6 months and have been doing good. is this curfew legal? and can it stay for the whole 3 years of my probation?

Yes it is legal. A relationship is not enough to get it changed. Helping your father MIGHT be an exception for that purpose only. Ask your PO. If you do well on probation it is likely that in 12-18 months they may agree to lift or amend the curfew.
