Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
I am curious to know what are the steps a PO has to take if you violate community control. The scenario is: left work and went home because i felt ill and PO showed up to my job. didnt call her to say i was going home but did call her when my boss said she had passed by but she didnt respond. it has been about a month since this but she still brings up the issue. Want to know how long it would take if she does violate?

The PO has your whole period of probation to violate you. I would recommend getting something in writing from your employer so that you have that available if necessary. Give one to your PO so that they should have a copy. KEEP A COPY FOR YOURSELF. Don't count on them keeping track of their own records.
