customer file and artwork theft
I had a graphic artist working for me who downloaded all my art work files down to her personal computer. When I fired her later for another problem she is now calling my customers to take the business with her, What can I do?

You may have a cause of action against her for civil theft and tortious interference of a business relationship. Speak to a local lawyer.
