Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
A former customer of mine has been arrested by the DEA. They will subpoena me to testify that he spent thousands in my shop. My family and home have been threatened if I testify. What are the consequences if I do not testify or refuse to answer. I would rather go to jail than testify.

You need to think about your own protection. Contact the police and the DEA and tell them your fears about testifying. They have dealt with this problem many times in the past. Don't try and handle this on your own. Contact the authorities and protect you and your family. Good luck.
