Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
Damages to my car
My daughter's boyfriend kicked in the side of our 2008 car. He has promised to pay for repairs and I would like to get in writing that he accepts responsibility for damages and repairs. Is there some type of legal form I could use to get started?

Any type of writing with his signature acknowledging the debt will work. If he is going to be making payments to you, you may want to download a standard promissory note, which can be found in the LawGuru forms section. The important thing is that he signs it.
