Date Rape?

Last May I was date raped in Jamaica

while on business with several people

from a Miami based production

company. I passed out from

alcohol...and woke up the next

morning completely undressed at the

bottom of a bed. I was very very

sore. I asked the man who was in

the same bed if he tried to have sex

with me. He said yes. I asked if he

used a condom. He said no. I was so

scarred to say anything. I have been

haunted by this for a long long time.

I don't know what to do, Can you

please help???

I am very sorry that happened to you. There are several problems with your case. First you would have to report it in jamaica. Second any evidence of rape has been destroyed. Third your level of alcohol makes you a vulnerable to attack by a defense attorney. On the other hand if you we're too drunk to consent, he committed a rape. I just don't know whether it is a viable case.
