Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

My daughter was abused by the mother now at the end of the case plan the step father appologizes to my 4 year old daughter for hitting her. Both parents got arrested but however the step father abused my child and sexually abused her too, however no one would listen to me when my daughter came out and told me that she was pushed hit yelled and touched by the step father. Nobody wants to help me i do not know what to do because the case is here in florida and its a open case but my daughter resides with the foster parent aka her maternal grandmother the police officer in the area is ether sick or on vacation and no other cop would handle this matter and the sheriffs department would not answer me. The case manager does not believe me but the truth will come out if you asked my 4 year old daughter i never told her to say anything she came to me and told me what was bothering her and spoke her mind. what should i do? should i contact nyc police or continue to dealing with it with-in florida? i want justice for my 4 year old daughter!

Just continue to contact the police about this. If this happened in Florida, then Florida would have jurisdiction. Even if it didn't happen here, I'm sure authorities here can help you.
