Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

My daughter was arrested for drugs. She ate the pills when she was arrested. I showed up and requested that she be taken to medical treatment I was told this was Standard Procedure. I found out later that no treatment or medical exam was administered or requested. She was questioned for hours and supposedly made a deal. She does not even remember the event do I or she have any legal recourse?

There are too many ifs in this scenario. You need to sit down with an attorney to see what happened so that the attorney can decide which is the best direction to go in.
