Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
my daughter was arrested in tamp florida 05/08 for breaking into vehicles. She signed a pretrial intervention agreement with the proscecutor and the clerks website says that the bond was deactivated. Does this mean that I am no longer on the hook for the bond even if she screws up her pre trial intervention program? thanks Rex

Yes, and you should be receiving any bond money you paid back.
I agree. If the bond was de-activated you are off the bond. However, if your daughter does not complete the pre-trial intervention program successfully, the State of Florida can and will bring her back to court and re-new their prosecution against her for the Vehicular Burglary(s).
For your sake, I hope she makes it through the program without any problems.
My best,
