Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
My daughter is 16 and lives in Florida. She was arrested on Good Friday for possesion of liquor by a minor. Three weeks later she was arrested for petty theft. For the first charge, they put her into a diversion program. What do you think will happen to her because of the second charge?

They will likely terminate her diversion program and she will have to go back to court for that. However, it depends on the prosecutor and how they decide to proceed. You need to talk to an attorney in your area about this to see what is likely to happen.
