Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
My daughter has already pled and is serving her senteence for crimes that she did not commit, mainly because her previous counsel and state attorney scared her to death. I've come to find out that this is not unusual. However, it still retains a travesty. Is there any way now that we, her parents can review what the state provided as discovery if anything?

Your daughter can get the discovery from her attorney. As you said, the sentence was served so I don't know if discovery will help. You should probably talk to an attorney that handles post conviction relief.
