Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
My daughter has been staying with a friend and doing some odd jobs and errands for him. He goes away quite often and has told her to write herself a check from his account and sign his name. This has been going to for at least 6 months and now he is pressing charges on
her. The amounts are not significant (a total of $1800 dollars over a 6 month period). I have also been with her when he has told her over the phone her to use his credit card and fill up the car and pick him up at the airport. She trusted this friend and now he has turned on her. Seems strange he would wait 6 months to press charges. He is a banker and would have caught these charges immediately. Need help ASAP please.

There is a long answer but you need to speak to an attorney in person for that. The short answer is that your daughter is not responsible for those charges that he gave permission to use. Also, HE doesn't press charges. ONLY the State can do that.
