Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

My daughter's arrest

My daughter, who had just turned 18, was arrested for selling 2 Xanax pills to a classmate in school. She also had 2 more on her when she was searched. She's not addicted to anything, just did a very stupid thing. Will she have to go to prison? This is her first offense.

Re: My daughter's arrest

It would be a great strategy to retain an attorney immediately to protect her interests. If you daughter has no prior

offenses it she be brought out now.The sale of rx and possession of them without a rx in her name are both felonies. If you need my help send me an a-mail or call me right away.I hope

the best for her and you.
