Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
if you take a deal with the state at you pretrial do you have 30 days to appea and can you get a public defender if you had a private attorney first and can the judge give you more time at trial than was offered by the state at pretrial

Once you plea that's usually the end of the case and you can't appeal barring exceptional circumstances. The judge is not usually bound by any previous offers.
You need to talk to your attorney.

Contact an attorney immediately. You can attempt to withdraw your plea but the Judge often will not unless certain things did not take place. Also keep in mind that the judge can give you more time then what was offered at the pretrial.
