What legal actions are taken if the excuted person is found innocent right after excution

No criminal legal actions are allowed. The death of the defendant renders all criminal legal proceedings moot. However, there may be a right to civil actions against the state for the wrongful death of the defendant and other wrongs. You should speak with a civil trial lawyer.
