deceptive bussiness pratices

went to florida mortage co to get help with home house was not in f/c but was behind due to illness so i sold property to investor and the company that i went to the guy told me that i had to deed property in his name so he got money in his account and gave buyer 13;000 which i agree because i would get house back in yr and then he gave me 10,000. and he kept 15,000 which i was not aware of i just find out and in the past has taken money from other as well can i get my money back for deception and fraud i was going to state attoney office the company has now been close down he has another bussiness i want legal charges file advised me how to process with this

I am not sure that the State Attorney's office will prosecute. They like to hide and claim that this kind of matter is civil and not criminal.

There are lawyers who are now prosecuting mortgage brokers and firms for fraudulent lending practices. I know of several in South Florida and there are probably several in your part of the state too. You should consult one and see what they advise to do.
