Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
we have deed of trust to our property that someone built a home on while we gone for 6 years! because we are disabled and blak they arrested us for 5 days and served a search warrant while we were in jail and took our property. the court appointed attorney is mia. we now have health issues we can not travel or have a home due to asbestos. they said that our fate is up to the grand jury! really? this happened in murphy, nc 28906.

I'm afraid you are going to need to contact an attorney in NC because they have jurisdiction in this case. But do it immediately as time is of the essence.
