Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
Can a defendant in a criminal matter that has been resolved, contact one of the witnesses, if that witness owes the defendant money?

As long as there is no existing order of no contact or injunction in place, the former defendant is not precluded from contacting a witness about an otherwise legal matter.
