Can a defendant be sentenced for arm robery with a firearm to both 812.13 fla.statue & 775.087 fla.statue year 1982

The 10-20-life statute does not apply to charges from 1982. You also, most likely, can have your attorney dismiss the charge for statute of limitations, but there are a lot of complexities to those statutes, which only your attorney can answer.
