Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
Can a defendant in a State of Florida charge of felony battery attend, with counsel, depositions of personell subpeoned by the State Atty., and depositions subpeoned by the defense atty. ?

No. The rules state that defendants are not allowed to attend depositions. There are rare exceptions but you need to talk to your attorney about this.
