Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
Co defendent unsure of where to start in my case
I was dropping a couple off at motel and look suspious and cop stopped us i was tased twice for not following directions and rolling papers that were not mine My rider was charged w possesion of marigana less than 20 grams and poss of meth. i am a co defendent and want to know why and what and where I can start to get this resolved please any helpful info would be great thanks

The best thing you can do is to get YOURSELF an attorney. They can present defenses and fight for you (not your codefendant). That will be the most helpful thing you can do to resolve this in your favor.
