Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
Deferred judgement
After someone is convicted, and a judication has been withheld, does that mean that the record is not accesable to anyone? Also when they are asked if one has been arrested can the convicted say that they have not because the judication has been with held?

Re: Deferred judgement
Good question. A withhold of adjudication means the person can say he was not convicted of the felony. It is on the persons record and the arrest and withhold will show up on a background check. He cannot say he was never arrested unless hegets his record sealed. Plese call if I can help.
