Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

third degree felony

never in trouble before ,got arrested 4 grafetti ,handcuffed taken to jail had a joint in bathing suit charged with criminal mischief,poss/sell control substance , introduce contraband into det. facility while on vac. posted $4500+450 since out of state. is it possible to have the felony downgraded or is this my only option?

you can always try to make a seal with the da, or fight the case and try to win it, or get the judge to knockout some charges. Nothing is set in stone.
