I have a warrant for a second degree felony in florida. I am the only provider for my family. I am saving the funds to repay on my case and have 2/3rd saved. Will the state of florida come for me out of state?

Re: Second degree larceny
Yes they will come for you. Sometimes they do issue a nationwide arrest warrant asking the other states to extradite you back to Florida, especially for felony offenses.

Re: Second degree larceny
Second degree larceny is not a charge in Fl. That sounds like NY. Pls call me to help resolve your case. I am admitted to the Bar in NY and FL.
