Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
can i get a first degree misdomenior dropped to a second degree? The charge was for possession of a marijuna pipe, nothing in it just hte pipe. It had resadue in it.

There is no lesser charge for paraphernalia. It is only a first degree misdemeanor.
