Deletion of history
Can a misdemeanor case that was dismissed by a judge under ''motion to suppress'' be erased or spunged from a person's record?

As long as you have never been adjudicate dguilty of any other criminal offense you can petition the Court to expunge the criminal record of the case that was dismissed.
