i was denied my class d license as a security officer be cause of an arrest that happened 35 yrs ago i have proof from the court that is was dismissed

So what's your question. An employer can even see that it was dismissed and not be required to hire you. If you still feel you need to follow up, then talk with an employment attorney, not a criminal defense attorney.
