if denied of expunction, would i have to pay $75 to FDLE in advance?
so can i pay the $75 only after FDLE decides to approve the expunction, or i have to pay the $75 BEFORE sending in the application even if it is denied afterwards?

No you would have to pay to send it to FDLE. I t would say its well worth it to have a shot at sealing.

You have to send in the $75 with the application. If the application is denied by FDLE, you still lose the $75.
