Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

I was denied for an Expungement in the state of Florida. Because of two traffic misdamenors that I was found guilty of. Do you know of any other steps after being Denied Expungement? Because I would like to get the charges off my record.

If you have convictions on your record, you are not eligible for an expungement. The only thing you could do, is seek to reopen the misdemeanor convictions and convince the judge to withhold adjudication. Then you would be eligible to have your record sealed; not expunged. This will not be easy to accomplish.

The previous answer is not entirely correct. You can petition the governor for a pardon. Also very hard to do but it is an option. If you need assistance you can contact my firm. 305.670.3119.
