Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
depos
My defense attorney and I are preparing for trial. We recieved the discovery from the state prosecuter months ago, and we formed 600 questions to deposition the state's witness. We did deposition her and during the depo, she sprung new info on us. That the ''victim'' in the case, has herpes and is blaming it on me. This was not knwon at the time of discovery, but was found out within 1 week prior to the depostion. To my understanding, there is only one chance to depo before trial. But, since there was new info sprung on us, is there any law or anything we can file, to depo again?
