Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
Someone died after being shot by a 22 rifle in the home of a convicted felon with an extensive criminal record. The death was ruled a homicide, not self inflicted. There were only 2 people present at the time of the shooting, one is dead and the other was finally arrested and posted bail the same day. There is much I don't understand about the arrest record. Besides not being arrested for at the very least Manslaughter or something, but what I'm really confused about is why does the public record show the 2 counts for GUNS0420 as count 2 and count 3. What happened to count 1?

Not sure what Guns0240 is. You should talk to an attorney that could look the case up and give you more info.
