what if the judge gives the prosecutor 5 days to get discovery(if it has not been gotten in 2 years},but the prosecutor takes another 6 weeks,instead of 5 days.can the judge go againt his own order? Is this ethical conduct?

I wouldnt worry about a judge's ethical conduct. Its nearly impossible to win a case because of a discovery violation.
