Discovery
I need to know what are the guidelines to obtaining a discovery, while a warrent is still active on the individual?

Re: Discovery
You have to file a Notice to Participate in Discovery (Rule 3.220). The rule presupposes that the defendant is available for trial and the case is "active". Some materials are available and are viewable at the clerk's office like the probable cause affidavit.
