Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
Dismissal of a case....
If a case is dismissed in a court of law, will the charges be removed from my record? Also, what will happen with all of the money that I have paid in? I paid $7800.00 in restitution, fines, fees, and costs.

No the charges will not be removed from your record unless you complete the process to have your record sealed or expunged. It is a fairly simple process but there are eligibility requirements involved.

No, it will not be removed. However, a dismissal would allow for you to have the charge expunged.
