Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
I am going in for a dismissal hearing next week. I just want to know what the chances are that my case might be dismissed based on lack of identification. I was accused of indecent exposure, but neither witness could identify anyone in the line up. The witnesses described the man to their mom and she picked me out of a line up after talking to the deputy (what was said in depositions.)

No attorney on here can answer your question. I assume you have an attorney and you need to be discussing this with them. If you don't, you must hire one before this hearing in order to properly fight this.
