If a judge has dismissed the Injunction, it is void and it can no longer be violated. You can't violate a void order, but it is only void if a judge has dismissed it. It is not void just because the petitioner (the one who got the injunction) decided to communicate with or go around the defendant. To become void, the injunction must be dismissed in writing by a judge. There is no punishment for violating a void order.
