Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
dismissed felony
I'm currently trying to join the u.s. Army and the only thing stopping me right now is another felony on my record that I have no knowledge of ever being charged I never went to court for this charge but It has a different case # from any other case. My question is: is there any way for me to get confirmation written documentation that either I was never charged or this case was dismissed by a judge

Re: dismissed felony
Absolutely. Contact the clerk's office in the jurisdiction where the charge was and pay for a certified disposition.

go to your local clerk of courts and get a printout of that case history and the final disposition.
