Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
disposition of adjudication withheld on any criminal charge
I received a misdemeanour, criminal mischief long time ago back in 1990 and the charges were dropped. Do I answer yes or no to this type of question? have you accepted a disposition of adjudication withheld on any criminal charge? thanks

You answer "no."
"Adjudication withheld" (or "adjudication") means you had to have plead or been found guilty. It's like being convicted.
