Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
Dispositon
Under the disposition field NOLLE PROS-COMP PTI'' is stated. Does that still mean guilty but charges were dropped. and it that a conviction. And can I get my record sealed although i live in another state?

If that is the only thing on your record you would qualify for expungement which is even better than sealing. Most of my clients are out of state. Please call me if you are interested in having a lawyer do your expungement.
