divorce and bank account

my son got a divorce from his wife and froze with washington nutual the equiline they had satnding . this was back in april. we found out some how she re open and took 20000.00 from the account . the bank said it was not a freeze done .

His attorney will claim an intentional wasting of marital assets and he can be credited or more likely she will be responsible for the debt.
