Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
Doctor Impersination
Is is legal for a person to say they are a M.D. if they aren't and give out medical advice and medication. Not prescriptions but stuff he said was possibly disguised but over the counter and possibly his own prescriptions. He has been doing this for several years. One person ended up in the hospital and they all still think he is a doctor getting medical advise from him. He doesn't have a medical office. He tells them he is an emergency room physician. If this is illegal what can be done.

Re: Doctor Impersination
It is illegal, and you should report him to the Department of Professional Responsibility or the police.
