Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
I have had two domestic battery arrests 1st one was a successful pre trial intervention in 2005 the 2nd was dropped never charged. What's my chances of being able to get my concealed carry permit and purchase of a firearm? In Florida.

You should be able to get one however it would help if you got one of those sealed if you can.
