In the state of Florida once the prosecution drops all charges for a Domestic Battery case can the victim/suspect move back in together or do they have to wait until the court date?

Re: Domestic Battery
Unless the victim has an "injunction" against the suspect, once the State of Florida drops the domestic charge(s), any "no contact order" that was previously issued by the Court will terminate upon the State dropping the charge(s).

Re: Domestic Battery
Once a case shows as dropped in the Clerk's office all conditions of release (such as no contact, etc) are no longer in effect. If you posted a cash bond it will be returned to the address of the depositor in about 3-4 weeks.
